Sage 50

The Sage 50 Manufacturing product uses the decimal precision setting found under Quantity D.P. in Sage 50 Accounts > Product Defaults. Thus it is possible to enter component details on a Bill of Materials extending from 0 to 6 decimal places.

This is a global setting – you cannot have some components on a BOM using, say, 2 decimal places while others use 4.

Sage 200

Sage 200 uses 5 decimal places throughout and the Manufacturing modules follow this convention.
